House Rental Consultancy Service

Customers need to contact us and pay a token fee of Rs. 499. If one wants to have a physical look, our representative will contact and will arrange vehicle for it (if necessary). Upon confirmation, pay the consultancy charge (20% of first month rental) duly adjusted with the token fee.
For the move-in month, the advance rent will be calculated on a pro-rata basis depending on the day of move-in.
The lock-in period depends on individual house owner.

For a seamless move-in experience, the resident needs to complete their KYC process and clear any outstanding amount before the day of move-in.
For KYC documentation, resident needs to carry the following documents on the day of move-in at the property
Latest photograph
Government photo id proof (PAN card not acceptable)
Permanent address proof
Additional if asked by particular owner (if any)

Monthly rent to be paid directly to owner, bindassRent does not have any role in it.
