Monthly Scheme

The prerequisites for delivery:- You will be required to complete the following 2 steps in order to schedule your delivery:

  • Share your Identity and Address Proof Documents,
  • Payment of Rs. 499.This amount will be adjusted with security deposit, which to be paid at the time of delivery.

Stipulated delivery time frame:- Delivery times can vary between 24 hours to 7 days depending on the package. This information will be shared to customer from customer care department. Delivery timelines are valid after successful submission of KYC documents and advance payment (if applicable).

Set up the furniture & appliances:- Yes, we do. Our delivery team installs and lays out the items as per your instructions. This may be chargeable, depending on the nature of the appliances.

Choosing  the delivery date and time:- You can share your preferred delivery time with us. If furniture availability is not an issue, our team will comply with your request.

Delivery expenses and pick-ups:- You need to pay for the transportation cost in both cases, upon delivery & returning. The charge will be on market rate of requisite commercial vehicle.

Documents expected to share before package delivery:-

  • 1. PAN Card
  • 2. ID Proof (any one of the following)
    • Passport
    • Aadhar Card
    • Driving License
    • Voter ID Card
  • 3. If delivery is requested at an address different from the address specified in the ID proof document in 2, then you’ll also be required to share:
    • Rental Agreement
    • Company Letter from HR (mentioning the delivery address)
    • Latest Bank Statement
    • Latest Phone Bill

Sharing of  these documents:- After you place your order, you’ll receive a link in an email that will lead you to a page where you can upload these documents.

Relocating to another house within Guwahati:- We will relocate Bindassrent furniture within addresses in Guwahati. It is chargable

Shifting to another city:- You have to return the furniture or appliance taken.

Damage or breaking of the furniture:- Customer need to pay for any damage to, loss of, or any theft (disappearance) of items, regardless of cause or fault. Item damaged beyond repair will be paid for at its Market Price. However, minor scratches furniture will be ignored as they are considered ‘normal wear and tear’.

Returns And Cancellation

Canceling of subscription before tenure ends:- You will have to forego 3 months total rental amount from your security deposit if you cancel your subscription before the minimum 3 months period.

Ending of  subscription:- You are refunded the complete security deposit at the end of your subscription. However, serious physical damages (if any) will be adjusted against your deposit.

Upon not satisfying with furniture after delivery:- You can choose to opt for a refund at the time of delivery in the event you are unhappy with your furniture.

Payment And Billing

Getting any rate benefits for longer period of time:- Customers interested in availing discounts for long term subscriptions can speak with our customer care at +91 7086043500.

On advance or deposit required:- For every order, the down payment for booking is Rs. 499. The remaining deposit can be paid upon delivery via Credit/Debit card or cash or online transfer.

Status of the security deposit amount:- Your deposit amount is refunded at the end of your subscription period. . However, serious physical damages (if any) will be adjusted against your deposit.

Payment of  first rental:- The first rental payment is to be made in between 1st to 5th of the next subsequent month.

Upfront payment for rental tenure:- Yes, you may. You will also be entitled to avail a discount for making an upfront payment. Please write to us at for the same. Alternatively, you can also call in at +91 70860-43500.

Getting of subsequent invoices:- Invoices will be generated and emailed to your registered email address before the 5th of every month. Or upon payment of rental via cash, physical invoices will be delivered.

Expected time frame to make the payment for the monthly invoices sent:- You’ll have a 5 day period after receiving the invoice in which you are expected to clear the invoice amount.

Fine for a late payment:- month; 5% on 11th, 2.5% on 18th. Each time, the fee is applied on any pending rental due only, not on late fees that have already been levied. Please note that a minimum of Rs 20 would be levied in each case of a late fee being applied
Non-payment of monthly rentals for consecutive two months could result in termination of subscription and removal of the furniture.

Payment modes can be used to complete the payment:- You may use debit card, credit card, net banking, Paytm or even cash to complete your payment.

Purchasing of the furniture after my rental tenure:- It is a rental plan and therefore you cannot purchase the same after the rental period. However, if you want to change the look of your home and extend your rental plan then you can swap with any of our other furniture designs with no extra cost added after one year.

Hiring for short term basis:- The minimum duration for monthly scheme is 3 months, post which you can terminate the subscription anytime after giving a notice period of 2 weeks.
However, if you need for shorter duration, you can take it with daily rental scheme.
